Resiliency/Holistic Wellness Day Retreats (FULL DAY AND HALF DAY) - includes equine assisted learning/therapy and various wellness activities such as yoga, physical fitness, using essential oils for physical and emotional health, holistic nutrition, nature and art therapy.
